Booking & Cancellation Policy – Joel Lanka Tours

Booking Process:

1. Once you select your desired package and finalize the itinerary, you may proceed with the booking process.
2. To confirm your booking, we require the following details:
   • Full name (as per passport)
   • Passport number and issuing country
   • Arrival and departure flight details
   • A valid contact number (preferably reachable via WhatsApp)
3. A 50% deposit of the total package price must be paid via direct bank transfer to secure your reservation. Kindly send us the payment proof once the transfer is completed.
4. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 10 days before the tour start date, also via bank transfer with payment proof.

Cancellation Policy:

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days): 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

30 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund of the deposit (minus any bank charges).

15 to 29 days before the tour: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Less than 15 days before the tour: Deposit is non-refundable.
